The Business Intelligence team at RTR focuses on empowering stakeholders with vital data insights to enhance performance and support key initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data visibility gaps and support business goals.
• Optimize and develop core data models using DBT for dashboards and analytics.
• Work with Data Engineering to maintain efficient data pipelines.
• Enhance data validation and governance processes.
• Define and monitor key business KPIs to drive strategic improvements.
• Administer BI tools to ensure effective team utilization.
• Contribute to data infrastructure improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of experience with complex data sets.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience in cloud-based data warehouses.
• 2+ years of experience with DBT and data modeling.
• Strong Looker development skills.
• Experience with code management on Github.
