In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create custom reports and dashboards using Power BI, PI Vision, and PI DataLink.
• Maintain integration of PI systems with automation and enterprise systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on PI servers, interfaces, and archives.
• Develop analytics strategies to improve process understanding and identify improvements.
• Identify and implement system enhancements proactively.
• Coordinate with user departments for understanding and setting up data collection.
• Provide regular updates to the Site Automation manager.
• Guide end-user training sessions and support for Power BI and OSI PI systems.
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to uphold cybersecurity and compliance.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with OSI PI projects in a life sciences manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in designing and implementing PI Historian systems.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and Power BI.
• Proficiency with PI System components.
• Experience in GxP environments and regulatory compliance.
• Technical leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
