Senior Data Analyst, SEM

Sojern, a global leader in travel marketing, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, SEM. This role focuses on leveraging data to enhance Sojern's AI-powered marketing solutions, working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Applied Scientists to shape the product roadmap and ensure marketing efforts are optimized.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Scientists to improve AI marketing products.
• Utilize analytical tools to monitor, analyze, and provide insights on key performance metrics.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEM automation and optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
• Assess and address performance opportunities within the product.
• Collect feedback from peers and train them on new features and algorithms.
• Execute AB testing and analyze results for ongoing optimization and automation.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Expertise in SQL to extract and troubleshoot data.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
• Skilled in using spreadsheets including pivot functions and formulas.
• In-depth knowledge of SEM platforms like Search Ads 360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail in data analysis and project documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
