In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven product performance.
• Lead experimentation projects, from design to insight delivery.
• Utilize statistical analysis and causal inference to evaluate experiments.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop scalable solutions to enhance methodologies and processes.
• Contribute to product roadmap and project prioritization.
• Mentor analysts on scientific methodologies.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, statsmodels, sklearn, numpy)
• Experience in data science with knowledge of causal inference
• Effective communication across various audiences
• 2+ years in data science, preferably within ad tech
• Attention to detail in analytical tasks and documentation
