This position focuses on utilizing advanced data analytics to generate actionable insights, streamline QC workflows, and enable digital transformation in quality operations. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze complex QC data from various systems to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Collaborate with QC analysts to design data-driven quality improvement solutions.
• Assist in developing business cases for digital innovations in QC.
• Automate QC reporting and visualization using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Ensure data integrity from diverse laboratory sources including LIMS and real-time monitoring systems.
• Integrate digital tools and AI analytics to optimize laboratory workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote data standardization initiatives.
• Develop and present analysis to senior leadership.
• Maintain and validate analytical reports.
• Work with IT to improve QC data management and access.
• Drive innovation in digital QC methodologies using big data analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• Doctorate with 2 years or Master's with 6 years or Bachelor's with 8 years of experience in Project Management, Quality, or Operations.
• Degree in Data Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QC or manufacturing with data analysis focus.
• Deep understanding of QC operations and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Expertise in LIMS, MES, ELN, and advanced statistical techniques.
• Strong background in data analysis, process monitoring, and root cause investigations.
