In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in Workday technologies, including reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and update them as needed.
• Leverage business knowledge to identify process gaps and collaborate on improvement plans.
• Work with internal teams to translate business requirements into effective reports.
• Build organization-wide relationships to advance initiatives.
• Contribute to documentation, QA, and organization of analytics tools.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in data analysis from internships, coursework, or projects.
