In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data analysts to tackle data needs within Workday's Core Applications
• Design reports and conduct data analysis to improve team processes
• Utilize Workday's reporting tools to drive process improvement strategies
• Communicate effectively with business partners to influence reporting methodologies

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role
• 1+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of relational data concepts
• Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with Workday HCM or Workday FIN, Workday reporting, and/or Workday Prism
• Experienced in SQL and proficient in Python or R
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of business requirements gathering and process improvements
