In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to design reports and perform data analysis
• Enhance processes using Automation and Data Science
• Drive process improvement strategies using Workday's reporting tools
• Partner across Workday's People & Purpose, Finance, and Platform Services teams

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years in a data analyst role
• 1+ years in a Data Scientist role
• Understanding of relational data concepts
• Strong communication skills

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with Workday HCM, Workday FIN, or Workday Prism
• Experience with SQL and proficiency in Python or R
