This role exists to accelerate AI analytics, focusing on quantifying the value delivered by AI to enhance customer experience. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align analytics with business strategies.
• Work with extensive datasets to enhance customer experience.
• Develop complex SQL queries for trend analysis.
• Prototype new insights to quantify AI’s impact.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for actionable insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL operations.
• Expertise in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
