In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detection methods and transaction monitoring scenarios.
• Deliver operational and regulatory insights through dashboards and reports.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Understand Adyen's global payment processes and compliance policies.
• Communicate developments transparently to stakeholders.
• Optimize and document processes to scale the platform.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Guide and support team decision-making with data and business intelligence.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 3 years of data analyst experience in sanctions screening, KYC, or transaction monitoring.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker.
