In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze customer data, report findings, and provide advice across the pensions department.
• Respond to informational queries and deliver appropriate data using self-service tools.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary scrum team to develop the data ecosystem.
• Participate in professionalizing data management processes and implementing data quality policies.
• Contribute to change and improvement projects by conducting analyses and advising on data utilization.

This role requires you to have:

• Relevant HBO or WO degree with at least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the pensions domain.
• Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented with a drive for results.
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Oracle databases.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK and data quality implementation.
• Familiarity with Data360, Azure Data Platform, Python, and agile methodologies.
