In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses and reports to enhance online and offline marketing effectiveness and retention management.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and claims teams to optimize data usage and process efficiency.
• Perform performance analyses for external partners across various aspects of their portfolios.
• Identify unused data sources that could improve customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Develop dashboards for the Sales & Service Center to visualize relevant data for client support.
