Azora, a care organization dedicated to the well-being of its clients, residents, employees, and volunteers, is seeking a Data Analyst. Located in Terborg, the Data Analyst will be part of the ICT department. This newly created role focuses on advancing Azora towards becoming a data-driven care organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Transform data from electronic client records, financial systems, and HR packages into actionable insights
• Coordinate and present (new) analyses to stakeholders and provide follow-up advice
• Explore and recommend potential new informational products or insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards utilizing Microsoft Power BI
• Participate in various regional projects, providing necessary data
• Advise on and support the adoption of data-driven practices within the organization
• Explore and develop applications using new technologies, such as data science/AI and embedded analytics
• Think and act innovatively with a focus on the best interests of clients, residents, colleagues, and oneself

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience as a data analyst with an HBO level of thinking and working
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools
