The company is expanding its Data team and looking for a Data Analyst who can integrate business objectives with IT solutions. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical requirements.
• Translate complex data needs into actionable business recommendations.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data integration.
• Design and develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
• Streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Train and support teams in using reports and dashboards.
• Present findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Data/Business Analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization with Power BI.
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
