With over 1500 clubs serving 4.1 million members, the company is expanding and seeks a Senior Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data insights. The Marketing Analytics team focuses on maximizing value through data-driven strategies and comprehensive reporting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality analyses across various business areas.
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Participate in various companywide projects and working groups.
• Utilize data science techniques, including Python, for advanced analytics.
• Lead data initiatives and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in their technical development.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a senior role.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Microsoft BI stack.
• Strong communication skills and experience with Agile methodology.
