In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, high-performance data pipelines.
- Solve data-related issues prioritizing customer impact.
- Ensure high data quality in core datasets and pipelines.
- Experiment with new technologies to develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Provide tools for enhancing data quality company-wide.
- Develop self-organizing tools to assist the analytics community.
- Act as the main contact for technical and business stakeholders on data engineering issues.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Data Engineer.
- Proficiency in Python or Java.
- Experience with designing production data pipelines in the cloud.
- Knowledge of Flink, CDC, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, DBT or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with building data streaming solutions.
- Hands-on experience with schema design and data modeling.
- Understanding of basic system design concepts like load balancing and caching.
