Brabers is enhancing its Business Platform Commercial through the Passenger Information product team. The Senior Data Scientist role is key to developing and maintaining products on the Commercial roadmap, supporting project functions for a year-long contract.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Enhance the Customer Care LLM chatbot with real-time flight and baggage systems insights.
• Develop an API to summarize and categorize video conversations from audio files.
• Oversee the LLM chatbot, baggage predictions, and security waiting time predictions.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of Data Scientist experience in complex organizations, ideally semi-government
• Proficiency in Python, Git, Machine Learning Frameworks, Generative AI, API Frameworks
• Fluency in Dutch and English
