This role exists to spearhead their data initiatives, which include modeling, forecasting, and optimization to enhance overall operations and customer experience. The new data team will closely work with other departments to achieve shared goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead data science and data engineering efforts to build and enhance the data platform.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate data initiatives into company operations.
• Model, forecast, and optimize data strategies to improve couriers and customer experiences.
• Contribute to core algorithms critical to the company's future success.
• Build and scale the data science team as the platform develops.
