Bright Professionals, a forward-thinking organization, is looking for a Data Analyst to join the support center of the national police. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality data management across local and national levels. The data analyst will enhance reporting processes, develop analyses, and support the police service in achieving higher levels of efficiency and professionalism.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, integrate, and manage various data sources.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and insights for business decisions.
• Design and maintain data models reflecting organizational data structures.
• Develop reports and dashboards that convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Validate and cleanse data to ensure quality and integrity.
• Establish measures to manage risks related to data quality.
• Educate and support colleagues in using BI tools and reports effectively.
• Provide policy advice based on data insights for strategic decisions.

This role requires you to have:

• Proven experience in building Excel models with macros.
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders to understand and transform their data needs.
• Centralizing WFM tasks in large organizations.
• Experience in forecasting, scheduling, and traffic within WFM.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in developing tactical year plans.
• Linking recorded hours to planning frameworks.
• Advising on the impact of WFM software implementations.
• Delivering detailed management information for capacity planning.
• Familiarity with police systems like Pollly, Genesys Optimizer, and Cloud platforms.

Located in Apeldoorn, requires HBO educational level, 36 hours a week, and the start date is January 1, 2025. Not suitable for self-employed (ZZP), working from home is to be determined.
