In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and optimize reports addressing key performance indicators for employee and organization metrics.
• Develop data products to align with ComIT's development and ambitions.
• Ensure timely delivery of existing reports and create new data products as specified by the multidisciplinary team.

• Higher Professional Education or University level ability.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with data chain and process optimization.
• Capability to understand IT systems and extract useful information.
• Expertise in data analysis for organizational guidance.
• Experience in large organizations with at least 3000 workplaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
