Bright Professionals is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst for the Gemeente Dalfsen, focusing on the social domain. The role demands using data expertise to enhance decision-making processes and service quality. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams to fully leverage data capabilities for strategic development.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, structure, and analyze data from various sources
• Conduct research with information advisors on departmental information needs
• Create reports and dashboards for clear presentations
• Support policy-making with data-driven analyses
• Identify trends and opportunities based on analyses
• Improve data quality ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders like information advisors and policy officers

This role requires you to have:

• Completed hbo bachelor education
• Minimum of 3 years documented experience as a Data Analyst in the last 10 years

You would benefit from having:

• At least 5 years of experience in the past decade as a Data Analyst within a government setting
• Experience within the social domain at a municipal level
• Expertise in data analysis and statistics
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Experience in data engineering and processing
• Familiarity with data quality and governance

The position is located in Dalfsen and requires a commitment of 16 hours per week starting April 14, 2025. It is not suitable for self-employed contractors (ZZP). Proficiency in Dutch is necessary, and remote work possibilities are yet to be determined.
