In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create data visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Develop SQL codes and views in Snowflake.
• Establish data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Present data insights to colleagues and clients.
• Advise clients based on developed insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Data Analytics, Real Estate, Economics, or Geography with a substantial data component.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a business or market analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
