In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and visualize data to identify trends and inform product development.
• Operationalize insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Propose product improvements based on data-driven hypotheses and experiments.
• Effectively communicate data-driven product challenges and solutions.
• Improve the data maturity of Product Teams during development processes.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 5 years in an analytical role in a data-driven digital environment.
• Proficiency in understanding user behavior and psychology.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and OKR-driven projects.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of Product Analytics tools like Contentsquare or Heap.
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing tools such as VWO.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Looker.
• Background in digital product development for high-traffic platforms.
