This role is part of the Client Intelligence team, where the focus is on enhancing client data quality and supporting marketing automation efforts. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Enhance client insights by resolving CRM-related issues for internal clients.
• Support data collection, analysis, and visualization in CRM systems.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly data analyses.
• Handle business inquiries, maintain data quality in CRM, and manage dashboards.
• Collaborate with colleagues from Growth and other Deloitte departments.
• Work on ad-hoc projects, including surveys.

This role requires you to have:

• WO education in Data Analysis, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
• Availability for 24 hours per week for 12 months
• Fluency in Dutch and English
