QARA Data Analyst and Coördinator

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with worldwide regulations and standards, including ISO13485, EU MDR, and FDA requirements.
• Coordinate data entry and management related to ERP release processes, ensuring validation and documentation.
• Support data migration projects and improvements for QARA and ERP processes.
• Analyze product release data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for QA/RA teams.
• Liaise between QA/RA and Supply Chain data management teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless QARA data integration in the ERP system.
• Train ERP users on best practices for managing QARA-related data.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced data management.
• Work with IT teams to address data integrity issues.
• Support data collection for commercial and supply chain improvement projects.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s level education or equivalent experience in data management, life sciences, QA, or business administration.
• 3+ years experience managing regulated Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in ERP Data management, such as SAP S/4.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives and achieve results.
• Knowledge of data management principles and problem-solving techniques.
