They are seeking a Data Engineer for the Future Model Landscape team, who will connect business needs with IT development. This role involves working with Group Analytics and departments such as Data Management and Risk to optimize data solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Gather business and functional data requirements.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Develop solution designs and data models in line with architectural guidelines.
  • Ensure solutions meet design and architectural standards.
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies, including demos, retrospectives, and planning.
  • Create user stories in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
  • Embed IT requirements, security, compliance, and non-functional requirements.
  • Engage in system testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Organize and follow up on test activities to ensure compliance with DLL policies.
  • Document team deliverables adequately.

This role requires you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Azure and Databricks.
  • 3+ years of SQL and Python experience.
  • Familiarity with big data processing concepts.
  • 3+ years of data modeling experience.
  • Understanding of banking, risk, and modeling processes.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing data requirements.
  • Ability to switch between detailed and big-picture views.
  • Proficiency in explaining requirements through user stories.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent in English.
