The position of ESG Data Analyst is crucial in navigating evolving ESG regulations and supporting vital business units in achieving sustainability goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop reports and dashboards for ESG performance and provide management recommendations.
• Identify key non-financial data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support Business Units in collecting and analyzing sustainability information.
• Verify and ensure the reliability and accuracy of collected data.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for data collection and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits concerning ESG reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• Technical degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or Data Science.
• 5 to 10 years of experience related to ESG, sustainability, or data analysis, preferably in the oil and gas or energy sector.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration ability with various departments and external parties.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and software.
• Interest in sustainability, CSRD legislation, and ESG standards.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

The candidate reports to the Manager Asset Management of the Business Unit Gastransitie and will work across three business units. They should be proactive in a dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders, contributing actively to Dutch sustainability efforts.
