Efteling is recruiting a Data Analyst to support decision-making by linking data needs to available data and reporting capabilities. This role involves extending the data community within Efteling, working collaboratively with data experts to foster knowledge sharing. The Data & Insights department crafts innovative data products to improve guest experiences and organizational efficiency, collaborating across teams to achieve these goals.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Engage with colleagues to improve decision-making with insights
- Bridge the gap between information needs and available data
- Create and maintain support for using insights
- Expand and manage the data community
- Work with data guild masters to promote data knowledge and collaboration
- Map and manage data flows
- Develop dashboards and perform analyses
- Monitor quality of dashboards and reports
- Assist in the development of data models and data pipelines
- Train users on insights and tools

This role requires you to have:
- Storytelling with data
- Experience with visualisation tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
