The company, located in the region of Middelburg, is seeking a Data Analyst to be part of a new and expanding team within the organization. This role offers the opportunity to transform the company's data utilization strategies and foster data-driven decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect data from diverse sources including sensors, production systems, and application databases
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, supply chain, and other stakeholders to address their data needs
• Define and maintain data ownership, quality rules, data risk profiles, and data security
• Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and anomalies, and generate reports and visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy by resolving errors and validating data
• Train end-users on reporting tools and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Monthly salary range of €4,000- €6,000 based on a 40-hour work week
• Holiday allowance: 8.33% of gross annual salary
• 38 holiday days
• Travel compensation of €0.23 per kilometer (up to €300 per month)
• Healthcare coverage of €50 per month

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with Power BI or SSAS data analysis tools
• Knowledge of data management in a large international company
• EU citizenship and passport
