In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead data science projects from concept to delivery with measurable impact.
• Develop and maintain predictive models to boost sales and client growth.
• Design quantitative experiments to evaluate and optimize product features.
• Deploy and manage machine learning models in production.
• Collaborate with data engineering to enhance analytics infrastructure.
• Present findings to senior management for strategic insights.
• Ensure data science excellence through tech advancements.
• Mentor junior analysts to enhance their skills.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience as a Data Scientist in B2B software.
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and Spark/Hadoop.
• Strong data management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.
