The successful candidate will harness vast data resources and BI tools to derive important insights and encourage cross-functional business actions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Enhance supply chain business intelligence and analytics capabilities.
- Design and update global supply chain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Manhattan Active SCI.
- Investigate and analyze underperforming KPIs to support root cause analysis.
- Support users in personalizing reports for supply chain applications.
- Develop metrics and KPIs for Customer Experience, Distribution Center, and Logistics.
- Create data visualizations to aid data comprehension and monitor business performance.
- Offer internal consulting on the use of data/analytics across global supply chain teams.
- Present findings on key trends and insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate data-driven business decisions.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as industrial engineering, computer science, math/statistics.
- 3+ years in strategic teams, 2+ years in hands-on data analyst/scientist roles.
- 2+ years’ experience in optimizing supply chain metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
- Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations in retail or similar sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
You would benefit from having:
