Gemeente Groningen's social development company, Iederz, is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support their goal of creating an inclusive workforce. The position involves executing the municipality's participation policy, aimed at facilitating employment opportunities for all. The successful candidate will join the HR team responsible for managing employment conditions and processing for over 1000 staff.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departments like finance and production to optimize HR data utilization.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards on HR metrics.
  • Predict labor costs and FTE for target groups and analyze data to identify trends, forming recommendations.
  • Support strategic HR projects and ensure data privacy and security compliance.
  • Contribute to digitizing and streamlining HR processes and workflows.

This role comes with the following benefits:

  • Salary up to €5,313 for full-time work.
  • Individual choice budget of 17.05% on top of salary for annual or monthly payout.

This role requires you to have:

  • A completed relevant bachelor's degree, such as in HRM, Business Administration, or Data Science.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in compiling, interpreting, and analyzing data to provide clear, substantiated advice.
