In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Own the Labour Migration dossier and update the integral approach.
• Ensure the municipality has access to current data and insights.
• Develop strategic and sustainable policies.
• Coordinate housing initiatives and represent the municipality in regional and national networks.

This role requires you to have:

• HBO or WO degree in relevant fields.
• 3-5 years of experience as a policy advisor, researcher, or project leader.
