In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, interpret, combine, analyze, and enhance data from internal and external sources.
• Link queries to the underlying source systems.
• Communicate analyses and insights effectively to various stakeholders.
• Translate analyses into actionable insights for professionals.
• Provide dashboards and reports with visualizations.
• Build on existing information from the BI team.
• Report and analyze the primary process, advising on improvement actions.
• Identify data quality issues and notify stakeholders.
• Contribute to the advancement of data-driven work across departments.

This role requires you to have:

• Completed HBO-level education.
• At least 2 years of experience with PowerBI, SQL, Excel, or Cognos Analytics.
• 6 months of experience in data integration within the last 3 years.
• 1 year of experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.

You would benefit from having:

• Completed economic or technical study at HBO or WO level.
• Experience in a municipal role in cities with over 75,000 residents.
• Experience with GEO-data and creating maps.
• Knowledge of Arcgis or similar tools.
• Experience with financial data analysis.
