HR Data Analist

GOM, part of the Facilicom Group, is the largest facility services provider in the Netherlands. The HR Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and reporting strategic HR KPIs, designing information dashboards, and creating reports in Power BI. The role is essential in helping the organization make informed decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on all strategic HR KPIs
• Design and build dashboards in Power BI
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses and translate data into valuable information
• Present visual HR data proactively to various stakeholders
• Create periodic progress reports on HR KPIs and trends
• Promote the structural use of data and dashboards in daily practices
• Provide regular status updates on identified issues and their solutions

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Monthly gross salary between €4,200 and €5,000 (full-time basis)

This role requires you to have:

• Relevant academic degree in Information Management
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
