Data Analist - Commercial Planning

HEMA is looking for a motivated Data Analyst to enhance their Promo Team. This role centers on strengthening traffic to their channels and achieving ambitious objectives. The analyst will work closely with a collaborative team, including a promotion manager and business analysts, to enrich HEMA's data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create dashboards for Commercial Planning and other departments to derive insights.
• Contribute to the evolution of data platforms with the Data & Analytics team.
• Cleanse and structure data.
• Transform data into strategic commercial insights to refine HEMA's promotion strategy.
• Engage with internal stakeholders through effective communication.
• Identify root questions from colleagues' inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize impactful tasks for HEMA.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Monthly salary ranging from €4,000 to €5,500 based on a 40-hour work week.

This role requires you to have:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.

• Expertise in PowerBI, SQL, and DAX.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders' priorities.
