This role is crucial for developing dashboards and reports that inform business decisions and process improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and inform business decisions.
• Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
• Develop dashboards using tools like Power BI to visualize KPIs and metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance and market trends.
• Create visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to understand needs and develop analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and implement quality control measures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through various formats.
• Provide training on dashboard use to team members and users.
• Offer end-user support for data extractions and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data security compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven solutions.
• Monitor dashboard usability and internalization through KPI’s and surveys.
• Promote agile project management within the team.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience with Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake, Atlan, and JIRA.
• Machine learning skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems like SFDC.
