In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behaviors to provide insights and enhance service offerings.
- Transform data into actionable insights.
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing ING's fact-based culture.
- Engage in data collection, analysis, experimentation, and visualization.

This role requires you to have:
- Master’s degree in analytics, mathematics, or econometrics.
- 2+ years of experience in Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL or SAS.

- Experience with dashboarding tools like Cognos or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Dutch language skills.
