Central to this transformation is the Data & Analytics department, responsible for optimizing digital product performance and strategic decision-making. The team is crucial for leveraging data to enhance user experiences and improve business outcomes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate presentation and utilization of user data across digital products.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
- Maintain data integrity and quality across platforms.
- Identify trends in user behavior and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders professionally.
- Collaborate with product and IT teams to optimize performance and modernize data infrastructure.
- Implement advanced analytics, including machine learning for predictive insights.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires you to have:
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and strategy translation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Understanding of data management and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related fields with a preference for a Master’s.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
