The Data Analyst role is crucial for refining their Category Management and Procurement strategies. By providing actionable insights based on data, the analyst helps the company make strategic decisions that ultimately benefit both customers and the business.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide insightful advice to category managers and buyers based on data analyses.
• Transform data and create visualizations to drive decision-making.
• Develop dashboards to automate insights for recurring queries.
• Collaborate with data analysts, category managers, buyers, and IT to leverage data effectively.
• Analyze market share drivers to formulate strategic recommendations.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Gross salary between €4,100 and €5,300 per month based on a 40-hour workweek.
• Annual bonus up to 5% of annual salary based on organizational goals.

This role requires you to have:

• Demonstrable WO working and thinking level with over 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in PowerBI and Python (including PySpark).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey analysis messages effectively.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.

You would benefit from having:

• SQL proficiency preferred but not essential.
• Passion for retail, supermarkets, and FMCG sectors.
