As a Data Engineer Masterdata at Kopgroep Circulair Financieren, you will have a significant impact on financial stability and sustainable prosperity through your work with the central bank of Netherlands. The role involves designing and building MDM data chains within the RMDM-Hub using modern technologies such as Azure Synapse and Apache Spark. You'll collaborate with fellow developers and engineers in an innovative, hybrid work environment.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solution architecture with Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, Azure Storage Accounts, Power BI, and Apache Spark.
• Develop backend systems and dashboards for the data platform.
• Apply knowledge of datalakehouse architecture, Ralph Kimball’s dimensional model, and various Microsoft and Azure technologies.
• Automate solution deployment using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Powershell for infrastructure rollout.
• Collaborate closely with team members including developers, analysts, and test automation engineers within a 3-week sprint cycle.
• Follow DNB DevOps team standards for architecture, testing, pipelines, and quality control.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a data engineer in Azure.
• Experience with Azure SQL or SQL Server.
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience with Azure Synapse.
