ESG Data & Reporting Analyst

The ESG Data & Reporting Analyst will report to the CSR Manager and collaborate with various departments including Finance, HR, Operations, and Commerce to develop sustainable data structures and reporting systems.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage ESG reporting criteria for internal and external use
• Ensure quality of ESG data and systems as per national and international regulations
• Monitor and manage accountability and internal control of ESG results
• Collect, analyze, and control CO2 data
• Continuously improve ESG data insights and progress reports
• Prepare for future data developments and solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for accurate ESG data

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in accountancy, control, or business administration
• (Some) experience in ESG reporting/sustainability information
• Knowledge of ESG/sustainability information developments and trends
• Experience with software data systems
• Ability to identify new developments in ESG reporting
• Intrinsic motivation to drive sustainability transition
