In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand and translate information needs into concrete data solutions.
• Coordinate data collection and collaborate with the data engineer.
• Develop clear reports, dashboards, and presentations using Power BI.
• Document processes and structures to ensure reusability and clarity for team members.
• Manage the Power BI Service environment and address queries regarding its use.
• Lead and coordinate IT and Automation projects.
• Promote the adoption of BI environments through training and support strategies.
• Oversee and coordinate activities of external vendors and maintain compliance with service agreements.
• Ensure authorization management and data security within the BI environment.
• Continuously develop skills through trainings like Azure Data Fundamentals and AI applications in healthcare.
• Support AI model management and implementation within the BI environment.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business IT & Management or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI and an ambition to develop further.
• Project management skills and experience in project coordination.
• Experience in user adoption guidance and BI solution implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
