The role focuses on participating in real projects and providing insights to optimize marketing initiatives. Interns will collaborate with an experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze marketing data such as candidate behavior, campaign results, and website traffic.
• Support identification of trends and patterns to improve marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Create insights using Power BI or Looker Studio dashboards.
• Assist the marketing team in audience segmentation and candidate analysis.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Help manage data sources and ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Gross internship allowance of 600 euros per month for 40 hours.
• Travel expense reimbursement.

This role requires you to have:

• Pursuing an HBO degree in relevant fields like statistics, economics, marketing, business analytics, or IT.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Strong passion for data analysis and willingness to learn.

You would benefit from having:

• Basic understanding of analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, and willingness to learn new tools such as SQL.
• Good communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Internship available from February 2025, requiring a minimum of 3 days of work weekly.
