In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Define and execute the analytics vision for Manychat's mobile app to boost user adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to set success metrics and drive impactful research.
• Design and assess A/B tests for new features on the mobile platform.
• Work with data engineers to ensure accurate decision-making data.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
• Effectively communicate findings to drive alignment on priorities and decisions.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in product analytics, especially in SaaS.
• Experience in A/B test design and evaluation for mobile.
• Knowledge of statistics and causal methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
