In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with prospective and current customers to drive sales and complete deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships as a product expert for Ekata's suite of identity verification solutions.
• Facilitate customer training and conduct proof of value tests to optimize the use of Ekata's datasets.
• Analyze customer business needs to position Ekata's products effectively.
• Assist in training initiatives on Ekata products and data both internally and externally.
• Convey customer insights and feedback to the Product team for continuous improvement.
• Represent Ekata at market forums, including conferences and webinars.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing or cross-functional role.
• Scripting and analytical skills in Python.
