The Military Intelligence and Security Service (MIVD) plays a crucial role in enhancing national defense and security through intelligence operations. As a Financial Data Analyst, you will tackle complex data analysis tasks that hold significant importance for safeguarding the nation. You will work within a dedicated team at the Bureau Data Analyse, translating intricate intelligence questions into data-driven answers.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses on large data sets to support intelligence operations.
• Perform detailed analysis of cryptocurrency transactions and related data.
• Collaborate with research teams to provide analytical support for intelligence queries.
• Extract, organize, and interpret sensitive data accurately.
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to the team.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and legal standards in data handling.

The position requires flexibility and may involve work outside regular hours. Employees must adhere to the guidelines of the Intelligence and Security Services Act 2017 (Wiv 2017). A security clearance is mandatory. Employees are stationed in The Hague or Zoetermeer, based on departmental assignment.
