The Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen, seeks an Application Manager / Data Analyst to oversee the USER application used within the Penitentiary Psychiatric Center (PPC). This role ensures electronic patient records are efficiently managed and guides the organization with vital data insights. The position promises a unique working environment in the justice sector.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage the USER application daily and provide support for electronic patient data.
• Train and advise users on system utilization and troubleshoot issues.
• Act as the point of contact for care administration and management.
• Collaborate on business intelligence solutions for strategic, tactical, and operational needs.
• Analyze processes to translate data into actionable insights and KPIs.
• Create and maintain dashboards and real-time reports.
