In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate reporting on established KPIs related to employee and organization results within ComIT.
• Develop and adjust reports based on business plan updates through 2025.
• Create data products that align with the development of ComIT's employee goals.
• Provide existing reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on long-term organizational growth and improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data chain and process optimization.
• Proficient in dissecting IT systems to extract meaningful information.
• Experience in large organizations with over 3000 workplaces.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in Excel and Power BI.
