In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and maintain global customer service dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau.
• Collaborate with the Data Visualization team to migrate dashboards to custom tools.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies in customer service data.
• Provide support to vendor partners and resolve data integrity issues with Data Engineering.
• Educate users on data interpretation and effective report usage.
• Document data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Prepare executive-level updates on insights and trends for business decisions.
• Develop strategies and processes for dashboard maintenance and reporting support.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience designing complex reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Experience working with large datasets for data accuracy and integrity.
• Project and program management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
